This area of the Help Center contains information about the technical requirements for viewing lectures. There are also troubleshooting tips and sample lectures for the various media player formats in which course lectures are available. You may need to consult the information you received about your specific course to ascertain which information is most appropriate for you.

For viewing requirements and sample lectures, navigate to the media player format for your course:

Real Player
Windows Media Player
